The moment we welcome a new student at our website or a drop-by visit to our campus, that is the time to know who our learner is. Most common practice is the student is straight away sent into the classroom. Is it fair to do such a naïve treatment with an ambitious learner? To us it is absolutely wrong. We refrain from simply inducting a student without understanding what the specific goals, objectives, and needs of a learner are. In this way, every learner is a unique individual and deserves to learn according to aims set. There are cases when a learner does not know what exactly to do. Still, we do not merely induct the student. We help them to establish some foundation of learning English or any other language as a language of communication, education, and professional world.
